2017 MAA High School Video Contest
The Michigan Aggregates Association is once again conducting a high school video contest that promotes and highlights various aspects of the aggregate industry.
The purpose of the video contest is to challenge students in developing a thirty second to three-minute video on creating awareness for the general public on the aggregate industry.
The primary function of the video is education so it should focus on one or more of the following:
- What are aggregates?
- How are aggregates used in our daily lives?
- What benefits do aggregates provide to the general public?
- Describe the many careers offered by the aggregate industry.
The videos will be shared on the MAA website, Facebook page, Twitter, etc.

Timeline:Â The contest is officially open and all videos must be submitted by Tuesday, May 26, 2017 by 5:00 pm.
